With just under 4 weeks to go alas our packing has come to a rather abrupt halt...

Having spent a rather pleasant evening out with the girls we returned home to find that we'd had an unwelcome visitor, and no before you ask, it wasn't the four legged kind or one of the usual offerings from the cats it was a burgular! So despite being a few items lighter we're all safe and sound though slightly irritated by the intrusion. I wouldn't mind it but in their apparent haste they didn't even finishing off the ironing or make the bed! As for Leigh she's just mortified that we hadn't cleaned the place in advance of their visit
